Designs are reviewed and stamped by licensed US Professional Engineers where required. We confirm the stamp requirements for your project at scoping.
What software do you use?
We model and draw in Revit and use analysis tools that suit the structure. We confirm the exact tools against your standards at the start.
How long does a typical package take?
It depends on the scope, the size and how complete your base information is. Send us the details and we will give you a schedule with your quote.
Can you work to our standards and template?
Yes. We build in your template and follow your naming and drawing standards, so our sheets drop straight into your set.
Do you coordinate with architects and MEP?
Yes. Coordination is part of the work, not an extra. We resolve conflicts in the model, before they reach the site.
