HOW WE WORK

A clear process, the same on every project.

Work is project-based. We start with a brief, prove the work with a free pilot, check everything before delivery and hand over files your team can use immediately.

01 Process

Four steps in detail.

  1. 1

    Brief

You send the scope, base drawings or model and your deadline. We read everything, flag gaps and confirm what we need before work starts.

  2. 2

    Pilot

We deliver one scoped package at no cost so you can judge the work on your own project.

  3. 3

    Quality check

We run three checks on every deliverable before it reaches you. See below.

  4. 4

    Delivery

You receive drawings, models and calculations in the format and structure your team already uses.

02 Free pilot package

See our work on your own project.

The pilot is a real, scoped package on your project. It is the easiest way to see our engineering, our drawings and how we communicate, before you commit to anything.

Request a free pilot package

Scope
One trade, one deliverable
Size
A scoped package of about 5 to 10 sheets
Turnaround
About 3 to 5 working days
Cost
No cost. If it does not meet your standard, you keep the deliverable and owe nothing.
What we ask of you
The scope, base drawings or model, one point of contact, and feedback within 48 hours.

03 Quality assurance

Three checks on every deliverable.

Author

The engineer or modeler who produced the work checks it against the brief before it moves on.

Checker

A second person reviews the calculations, drawings and model independently and marks up every issue.

Approver

A senior engineer signs off the package. We issue nothing without approval.

04 Information management

Everyone knows which file is current.

We follow ISO 19650-aligned information management for file naming, folder structure and model exchange. In plain terms, every file has a clear name, a status and an owner, so your team always knows which version is current.

If your project has a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), we work to it. A BEP is the document that sets out how the project team will share and manage model information.

05 Working with your team

We work to your standards.

  • Your template and drawing standards
  • Your naming and numbering
  • Your file transfer method
  • One point of contact on each side
